This is a beautifully appointed property in a popular location, only a few minutes’ walk from the local shops and the fashionable Cold Bath Road and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. The apartment benefits from a private entrance to the rear of the building and an off-street parking space. There is also free on-street parking at the front. It has a large living dining space with views over the Valley Gardens, the recessed gas fire gives a really cosy feel in Winter. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a 5ft king bed that can split into twins, this bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. There is a further house bathroom with walk-in shower. A good sized kitchen with 2 bar stools, washer / dryer, dishwasher, full oven and microwave, fridge and a separate freezer.
