This attractive 2 bedroom, duplex apartment is located right in the heart of Grassington, sharing the building with the highly recommended Fish and Chip Shop, overlooking the square.
Accessed at the rear of the building, the property has an attractive, private garden with seating area. Enter the apartment into the lounge area, with comfortable seating and large, Smart TV. The kitchen is located off the living space, fully equipped with everything you require for your stay, including full size electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box and washer / dryer.
Upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a superking bed which can split into twins, the second bedroom has a double bed. The stylish bathroom has free standing bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin.
There is good WIFI. This property is pet friendly and will accept one well behaved dog.
Please note there are steep outside steps up to the apartment, the flat is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There are also stairs inside the flat. There are handrails both sides on exterior steps but only one handrail on interior steps.
