This stunning gated mews-style self-catering town house offers 3-4 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 6, or 7 guests if the sofa bed is used. It is located in central Harrogate, just off York Place, one of Harrogate’s most prestigious streets, and only a 5 minute walk to all the many shops, bars and restaurants on offer in the centre of town. It’s a 5 minute walk to the main train station, and a 10-12 minute walk to the International Conference Centre. Harrogate is famous for the Stray, large green park areas which are spread throughout the centre of town, and there is a spacious expanse on the doorstep, perfect for dog walking, or just having a picturesque stroll through the town. The famous cherry blossom trees can be found here, and are usually in full bloom towards the end of April, attracting many international visitors, and well worth a visit.
The house is spread over 3 floors with, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which can split into twins if required, the third bedroom is a double and located on the second floor. There is a study room on the first floor, with a sofa bed, which can comfortably sleep one person. There are 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite shower room, the other is the house bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and WC. There is a separate downstairs WC.
There is a private parking space on site for one vehicle, for further vehicles there is free parking only a short walk, more info provided on booking. Please note there is an extra charge for sofa bed and linen, please ensure you book this if required. £250 refundable security deposit payable which is refunded if no issues after the property has been cleaned and checked.
